Processing & Handling Times
We are a small, dedicated team working hard to get your art to you as quickly as possible.

Standard Orders: Please allow 1–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre-Order" typically require 1–6 weeks for manufacturing, processing, and shipping.

Limited Edition Drops: During high-volume sales or large print drops, processing times may be extended due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order out the door as fast as we can!
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship within Canada, to the USA, and worldwide. All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your art's journey.

Note: We primarily use Canada Post, but we reserve the right to use other couriers (such as UPS or FedEx) to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery for your specific location.
International Duties & Taxes

USA Customers: Currently, there are generally no duties or tariffs on printed art entering the US. However, please note that trade regulations are subject to change.

Other International Customers: You are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees collected by your local government upon delivery. We recommend checking your local customs office for more information on potential costs.
Damages & Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our prints to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, accidents can happen during transit.

Damaged Items: If your print arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the damage immediately and email us at sierrastattoos@gmail.com. We will review the situation and determine the best course of action (replacement or refund) to make it right.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement or you suspect your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier and find a resolution.
